Hope you are doing great there . JEE mains is JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION conducted by national testing agency . It selects students on the basis of an online examination and give the candidates to study in the premium institutes like NITs , IIITs and other state government colleges etc. for B.Tech . A candidate gets a chance to give the exam four times a year , and the best of these four attempts is displayed on its scorecard .

JEE Mains is a national level exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission into undergraduate courses in top level institutions in India like IIT, NIT etc.IIT JEE is a national level entrance exam consisting of two stages – JEE Main and JEE Advanced. JEE Main is a screening test to select the candidates who will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced, which will serve as final exam to select candidates for admission into IITs.. The IITs conduct JEE to select candidates for the 4-year B.Tech,B.Arch, Integrated M.Tech.
JEE main exam is conducted by NTA, it is a computer based test, the exam helds in February, March, April and May, there are two papers of JEE main exam.
Paper 1 is conducted for admission in Btech course in NITs, IITs, and other Central funded technical institutions or universities, and paper 2 is conducted for admission in BArch and B plan.
