What is josaa councelling? And how it is done?If i got 42 percentile in jee mains and i belong to ST category can i get Iiit ?

Josaa counselling process is the mode of assigning seats to students who have cleared JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED with some good marks. With your mentioned percentile it is not possible to get IIIT in JOSAA. You may try your luck in CSAB counselling if it is conducted.
