JRF is Junior Research Fellow, a exam named CSIR UGC Test for JRF and Eligibility for Lectureship (CSIR UGC NET) is conducted for this. Students qualifying JRF (NET) will be awarded a fellowship which is valid for a period of 2 years for joining the fellowship under CSIR.
No, you can't do it after BSc Maths. You are required to get a Master's degree with 55% marks if from General and OBC candidates, and 50% marks if from SC/ST and PWD category.

You cannot do it after BSC
