KVPY stands for Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna. It is a national level fellowship program for Science students and is conducted by IISc Bangalore once a year to provide scholarship. This scholarship is provided to encourage students to study in the field of science and make a career in research. The KVPY exam is segregated into three streams that are SA, SX and SB.
