Indira Gandhi National Open University had started the fresh applications for July 2019 session from May 14, 2019 . The last date of IGNOU registration for UG, Diploma and PG programmes was July 15, 2019 , whereas for certificate programmes was May 31, 2019 . So , the last date of registration for B.A was 15 July,  so you cannot register now.
