what is maximum age limit for 3 years llb course in India
Hello Dear Student,
There is no maximum age limit for taking admission in this course.
LLB is a 3 year program after Graduation. The 5 year integrated program is also available after 12th that is (BA-LLB or BSc-LLB).
Admission process is based on Entrance examination conducted by Various Universities and there is also a Common admission Test that is CLAT.
For CLAT: As per the Bar Council rules, there is no age limit for appearing in CLAT 2021.
Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline with minimum aggregate marks I.e For general 50%, for OBC it is 45% and for SC/ST it is 40%.

The BCI rules prescribe an upper age limit of 20 years for 5-year and 30 years for a 3-year LL. B course .Although there is petition filled by a77 year old woman aabout the age ,saying that anyone should be able to do it whenever they want BUT TILL NOW IT IS FIXED.
