Dear aspirant,
Medical certificate in josaa is nothing but a certificate which has your basic physical characteristics like blood group height weight. You have to do eye test and the readings which will you get has to be shown to the doctor.
The doctor himself will the fill the certificate and sign it and will put his registration number and sign.
