Considering youre a General Candidate, securing anywhere above 50k CRL Rank, or anywhere above 95.5 Percentile Approx, you have fair chances of securing CS/IT or Related Branches at some of the GFTIs like Mata Vaishno Devi University, SET Tezpur, SLIET Longowal, SET Aizwal, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya and many others. However for some of the best GFTIs like BIT Mesra, PEC Chandigarh, University of Hyderabad you must target atleast 99 Percentile or a CRL Rank around 10-12k in JEE Main.
BIT Mesra 10k (CSE) 12.6k (IT)
PEC Chandigarh 7.7k (CSE)
University of Hyderabad 16k (CSE Dual Degree)
However, considering youre a General Aspirant, I would personally advise you to target anywhere above 20k in JEE Main or anywhere above 98-98.2 Percentile for excellent prospects during counselling for CSE/IT at NITs, IIITs, GFTIs including your Home State NIT/GFTI.
