When you say Anna University you include CEG,MIT,ACT,SAP campus.  So madras institute of technology doesn't feature separately in ranking list. It is one of the four autonomous constituent colleges (University Departments) of Anna University .

Anna University is on the 8th Rank in the NIRF Rank.
