Hello Mangaldip Ghosh,
TFW rank is Tuition Waiver Rank. This scheme stars since year 2010. Government started this scheme for encouraging bright students but those students are poor. This scheme open for govt. and private both engineering, pharmacy etc. colleges where 10% seats are offer those students who didn't able to pay tuition fees. But more than students are applying for this scheme so TFW rank is considered for admission for those students who are bright and needed.
