hi raj,Candidates from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J&K are not eligible for 15% All India quota seats as these three states had opted out of All India scheme since its inception. If candidates claim the eligibility under this criterion, they must submit a Self Declaration form online. Candidates are suggested to take a print out of the form as they may be required to present it during counselling. Hope this helps, good luck

Jammu & Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are the three states which have opted out of All India Quota counselling through NEET. Candidates from these states are therefore considered ineligible to participate in the 15% All India Quota counselling for Government medical and dental colleges across the country. They are only eligible for the 100% State Quota counselling for Government college seats in their own states. As per a NEET provision however, the candidates from these state will be eligible for 15% All India Quota counselling if they decide to opt out of attending counselling for the 100% state quota seats they are eligible for.  Other details regarding the 15% All India Quota counselling for J & K, AP and Telangana candidates are as given below:

Students from Jammu and Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are not eligible for 15% all India quota seats as these states had opted out of the All India  Quota scheme since its inception.

If they decide to opt out of being eligible for the 100% State Quota seats and instead wish to participate in the 15% All India Quota counselling, they will be required to submit an online Self-Declaration form at the time of filling their application form for NEET.

The online self-declaration form will have to be printed and produced at the time of attending counselling.

If the online self-declaration of the candidates is verified and ound to be false at any time, the candidature/admission of such candidates shall be cancelled and criminal proceedings may be initiated against them.

While the J & K, AP and Telangana candidates may not be eligible for All India Quota counselling until they opt out of State counselling, they are otherwise fully eligible to participate in counselling for admissions to Deemed and Central Universities, the Armed Forces Medical College in Pune and for admissions to private medical and dental colleges in other states through NEET.

If you are asking for medical then J&K, AP and Telangana can't take part in 15% quota seats in NEET exam you can take seat through your state counselling, private and deemed colleges counselling.

Good Luck!!
