Hello dear,
Through 15% all india quota only government medical seats are filled. You cannot apply for management seats through all india quota.
If you want to try for management quota then apply through state quota seats or if you want to try for management quota in other states apply as non local candidate.
In karnataka, the cost of management quota seats is less when compared to other states. In most of the colleges it is below 7 lakhs per annum.
