Dear Ahammed, CAT is the entrance examination for admission to 20 IIMs and more than 1000 participating Institutions. If you crack CAT and join MBA, you gain exposure and knowledge in various aspects of a business like HR, Operations, Marketing, Strategy,etc.Now specialisation is something you need to select in your 2nd year. You should identify your strengths before choosing a specialisation. We shall detail the scope of a few specific specializations.



Marketing: This needs lot of interacting with Customers, Clients, Partners and Stakeholders. Thw work on a daily basis involves travelling, utilosing the resources to increase the sales. To move to pure marketing you might have to work in sales for initial couple of years.
