There are  plenty of opputunitues after class xii in pcb besides mbbs.  But you will have to appear for Neet as in  most  medical  courses  neet is mandatory except a few in which university conducts it's own entrance exam  like aiims.

You must get minimum 50% marks in class xii with physics,  chemistry and biology.

You can be a dental surgeon  by pursuing BPT course which is bachelor of  Physiotherapy .

You can be an Ayurvedic doctor by pursuing BAMS ( Bachelor of Ayurvedic medicine and surgery)

You can be a Homeopathic doctor through BHMS ( Bachelor of Homeopathic medicine and surgery)

BVSC ( Bachelor of veternary science and Animal husbandry)

B pharma ( Bachelor of pharmacy)
You can be do many paramedical courses. ( Neet not required)
Bsc in Microbiology
GNM or general nursing and midwifery
D.M.L.T , diploma in medical laboratory technology

Diploma in optometry
