First you have to download the allotment letter of JOSSA after downloading you have to pay Rs. 35,000 as seat acceptance fees ( Rs15,000 for reserved category). JoSAA counselling Fee can be paid in online mode or through e-challan.

No, you can't get a refund after 7th of JoSAA but you can only get refund if you withdraw your admission before the last round . This will help them to put your seat for counselling in the last round , hence the seat will not be wasted. If you withdraw your seat in the last round you will not get any refund.
