Yes you can do creative fashion styling course from NIFT Delhi after your class 12th in commerce stream for that you will have to register online or offline then you will be called for personal interview if you get selected and candidates will be finalized on the basis of their 10 + 2 score and performance in personal interview with relevant industrial experience,

This course is specialization on historical and modern art and style to understand fashion as a social phenomenon along with inputs in accessories, clothing trends, photography, presentation techniques etc.
The total fees is Rs 62500.
The eligibility criteria is Candidate who have passed either 10+2 from a recognized board or have passed diploma after 10+2 or who have passed 10+2 with 1-2 years of work experience are eligible for the admission.
So no matter which stream you are from, you can join this course.
