Good luck. .do well
Every year the JEE MAINS is held by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). JEE Main is the single gateway for admission to NITs, IIITs, Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) as well as other engineering colleges and technology institutes run by the state governments and private institutions who have adopted JEE.
And now coming to the answer, how many marks you need in JEE MAINS to qualify for JEE ADVANCED
General: The marks between 100-120 would be enough to just clear the cutoff(wouldn't get you any good rank)
OBC: A decent between60-80 would make you eligible without giving a good rank in MAINS.
SC/ST: You guys just need marks between 40-60 to clear the cut-off.
I hope it will helpful
Good luck..
