Dear Jeetesh,
Ts EAMCET had 25% of total marks as it's qualifying marks. But however there are no such special things for SC category. The cut off to secure seat in any institute may differ. This depends on the locality, college in favour, branch required, any reservations etc. Hence there is no general cut off.
