Hey aspirant, B.tech in IT and B.tech in CSE does not have a lot of difference between them.
IT subject is more concerned about software and the digital part whereas CSE also has some topics related to hardware and you also have to study about computer fundamentals a lot.
But both the branches are equally important for the students concerned about programming, machine learning or Cloud computing it solely depends on the student what topic he or she have to focus on.
