Hello

A knowledge based economy is the one which is uses trends in advanced economies with higher dependency on info,knowledge,skills and the demand for readily available access to these(provided by business sectors).

In simple terms the economy of knowledge is  one which refers to thecapability of capitalizing scientific discoveries as well as the basic and applied scientific research.
