Hi,
China offers mbbs for a duration of 6 years in total including 1 year of internship. This means that you have to study mbbs for 5 years in China and then return back to India in order to complete 1 year of internship.
Russia on the other hand offers 6 years of mbbs which excludes internship which means that you have to complete your mbbs for 6 years first and then do the internship in India for a year.

MBBS duration in Russia is for 6 years which excludes 1 year of internship which must be done in India.
The duration of MBBS in China allows students to study for 5 years in one of the best university in China for MBBS and come back to India for their internship if they want.
