The eligibility criteria to be eligible to apply for Integrated M.Tech course is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or it's equivalent from a recognised board. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 65% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry taken together in 10+2 level. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/ category and candidates from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura need to score minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry taken together. The admission is solely based on marks scored in 10+2 level. Whether the class 12th board exams are postponed or cancelled this will be the eligibility criteria because if the board exams are cancelled them the evaluation will be on basis of internal marks. So the percentage of marks that you score through the given criteria will be taken in to consideration for merit in the admission process.
