Dear aspirant

ESIC Quota is reserved medical admission of the wards of people who are insured with esic. The wards of the insured person are given preference by the Government for getting admission to MBBS in the medical colleges that are run by ESIC.

Till 2020 the addmission is applicable through esic IP quota. For neet 2021 there is no any news about this. So Most probably it will be applicable for neet 2021.

Only insurance person ward of esic employees will be eligible for this quota.

Last year cut off marks for IP quota in esic medical College for different categories in neet2020 were

GEN - 548 marks

OBC - 540 marks

SC - 337 marks

ST - 119 marks

so if you want to get admission in this college your parents must come under esic employees and you will have to obtain ip ward certificate from esic website.

For latest news keep visiting the www.esic.nic.in and DGHS website.

Hope I was able to solve your query

If you have doubt you can comment

All the best !!!

Thanks for your answer! I had one question...
Is there any salary limit for the ESI employee to be eligible for this quota?

bhavyavashistha02 Yeah, your parents should be esic card holder for atleast three years and employees having a salary of less than 21,000 per month. Then only you will be eligible for IP ward certificate. You can visit esic website for more details.
