Dear Aspirant,

There is no particular format for certificates. Your category certificate will be issued if you apply for it and you can use it as it is. You can reach out to the SDM office to serve your purpose. Your caste name should be present in the central list, that's all. You need to then upload soft copy of your certificate in the application form.
