Hi Candidate,

NITs (National Institute of Technology) are among  first tier colleges in India.

The eligibility criteria is as follows:

  • Candidates needs to have PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) as subjects in class 12th.
  • Minimum 75% marks in class 12th (65% for SC/ST candidates)
  • They need to attempt JEE Mains with good rank. Keeping percentile around 95 gives very good chances of getting a seat in NIT.
  • Please note that no admission in NITs are done through JEE Advanced. JEE Advanced is only for IIT.

If you qualify all criteria and have good score in JEE Main you can easily get computer science and related branches in NIT.

All the best.
