Solution : We have to find: the measure of the central angle of the arc whose length is 11 cm and the radius of the circle is 14 cm.
We know that,
Length of arc $= \frac{\theta}{360^\circ}\times 2\pi r$
$⇒11= \frac{\theta}{360^\circ}\times 2\times \frac {22}{7}\times 14$
$\therefore\theta =45^\circ$
Hence, the correct answer is 45$^\circ$.
