The cut off for a particular year depends on a lot of factors like the toughness of the paper, the number of students appearing for that particular exam as well as the highest marks scored by the students.
So it's quite difficult to predict the cut off accurately.
As you belong to general category and you have not even mentioned whether you have the domicile for Delhi, so I think a score above 650 in the NEET exam should be able to get you a seat in Delhi and GB nagar.
The cutt offs are increasing every year which we can see from last cut off trends. To be safe try scoring as much high as possible.

NEET is national eligibility cum entrance test. It's for medical entrance examination in India. If you want to get admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS then you have to give NEET examination.
If you want to join government medical college then you have to get good marks like above 580 or more. If you are general category student then got 600 minimum marks. Because every year cutoff marks will differ from previous year. So if you get too much marks you will get definitely good government medical college.
