if you are from general category candidate, you need to have 60% marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics in 10+2 in aggregate. unless whatever rank you get in wbjee you will not be eligible.

45% marks in pcm for sc/st/obc candidate. and all category candidate need to have 30% marks in English.

Hello Panday,  you are right,  to apply for B. Tech in Jadhavpur university candidate have to clear 12 th with 45+ percentage. Physics,  chemistry and mathematics are mandatory subjects.
