Since you want to get admission in NIT Andhra Pradesh, then first you have clear the JEE Main cutoff according to your category. After clearing, you have to attend the JoSAA counsellin in order to get a seat in any NIT. Below I have provided 2019 JEE Main cutoff (percentile) category wise -
