If you are really interested in pursuing MBA degree then it's a good option after b.tech. Almost 25-30% of students in top management colleges are freshers who have directly joined college after finishing their graduation.



But doing Job is also not at all a bad option. It depends on your goals if you want to quickly earn money then job is a good option.



If you want to do MBA then you need to be ready to inverst more money in your education  (MBA fees are way more high then pursuing a b.tech degree) and also wait for next 2 years before you could actually start earning money.



Doing Job will give you short term profit and if you keep on dping it well then you can also make it a long term profit whereas doing MBA from a top reputed college will give you a long term profit and your growth rate will also be way more higher than the one when you will be working without MBA degree.



But again I will say it all depends on your interest because if you are not interested in management field then pursuing MBA degree might not be as fruitful for you as it should be.
