Paper 1 is the General Aptitude paper which is common for all the subjects. it has 50 questions from 10 units for 2 marks each. Generally, they ask 5 questions from each unit, but it's not mandatory.
For June 2019 exam they have revised the syllabus for all the subjects including the paper 1 i.e. General Aptitude paper. I am providing the link of the official website from where you can easily download the updated syllabus.

https://www.ugcnetonline.in/syllabus-new.php

PS: There is nothing to worry, they have not changed the entire syllabus, but have just revised it, in the sense that there were some topics earlier from which questions used to come but they didnt mentioned it in the syllabus but from this revision everything is mentioned in the syllabus so you can be prepared nicely.
Hope it helps, and feel free to ask any other query.
All the Best!
