$=\frac{196}{7} \div (\frac{35}{12} \times \frac{132}{55} )\times \frac{45}{20}$
$=\frac{196}{7} \div 7 \times \frac{45}{20}$
$=\frac{196}{7} \times \frac{1}{7} \times \frac{45}{20}$
$= \frac{45}{5}$
$= 9$
Hence, the correct answer is 9.
