Well every topper has different timetables. But they have one common thing which is CONSISTENCY.

Consistency is a quality which many students lack now a days. Toppers study from day 1 they study to get knowledge and not marks. Whereas some students start studying 2-3 days before exam due to which they become stressed and due to stress they score less.

Everybody knows the value of time. Some students make use of that but some of them waste it. Timetable is the main thing which only some students follow. It is the key to how to use your time efficiently.

At the end of the day if a person is consistent in whatever he/she does then he/she can achieve anything.
