You have a moderate chance of getting admission in Aliah University. Other than that you can get admission in various other private colleges.

Yes, definitely you can use your JEE Mains core for admission in any college other than NITs or IIITs irrespective of whether you have cleared the cut-off or not because that cut-off is only to make students eligible for giving JEE Advanced exam.
