What rank a EE candidate is supposed to get believing C-360 predictor score (675-715) to be true?

If you are expecting a rank of 675-715 then congrats your rank can be under 1000. Chances for IIT Bombay, Delhi and Kanpur are bleak, Consider Madras too.
With this rank You can expect a call from IIT G and IIT R.
Obviously if you can get the above mentioned IIt's then why will you go for any NIT's.
