Candidates must have passed graduation in any discipline or hold an equivalent qualification from a recognised university to be eligible for SBI PO 2018. Applicants appearing for their final semester of graduation are also eligible to appear for SBI PO provided they are able to produce valid mark sheet/proof of passing graduation exam on or before August 31, 2018.

The SBI PO Eligibility Criteria is given below-

1. Essential Academic Qualifications : Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

2. Age Limit : Not below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 01.04.2016 i.e candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1986 and not later than 01.04.1995 (both days inclusive).

3. Other

(i) Candidates with record of default in repayment of loans/credit card dues and/or against whose name adverse report of CIBIL or other external agencies are available are not eligible to apply for the post.

(ii) Candidates against whom there is/are adverse report regarding character and antecedents, moral turpitude are not eligible to apply for the post

Before applying for this post it is really necessary to check the eligibility criteria for this examination.a candidate must be 21-30 years of age while applying for bank PO exam.age relaxation of 5 years is given to candidates belonging to SC and ST.the candidates belonging to OBC categories are given an age relaxation of 3 years.the ex service and the candidates holding jammu and kashmir wuota are also given an age relaxation of 5 years.

apart from this the minimum qualification of thecandidate must be that of a graduate from a dedigna university.

A candidate must also not hold any criminal record.if found guilty,their candidature is likely to get cancelled..
