Dear Rohit, the shape of past card photo is - 4"x6" (Size 50 kb - 300 kb), and format should be JPG. Also the Specification for tool is 4.25 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI.
For the post card photo, you should consider these details also-
- Must be taken on or after September 1, 2019.
- Preferably with name and date of taking the photograph.
- Photograph should not be with cap or goggles.
- 80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background

size of post card size photograph should be (4”X6”) (Size: 50 kb to 300 kb) • the photographs should be taken on or after 01.09.2019 , the name of candidate along with the date of taking the photograph should be on the post card size photographs. 80% face of applicant clearly visible , ears clearly visible, on white background.
