Many students suggest that M.Sc computer science is better than MCA . Msc is a 2 years course whereas MCA is a 3 years course. In the course M.Sc the syllabus is designed much organized than MCA syllabus and many of the companies while recruiting, give importance to the students with M.Sc certification.
