We are really sorry to say that there is no diet plan to loose your weight faster because every thing is process and take some time for result ,so you have to patience .Im not the expert of diet planner but i will help some of how .

Simple diet plan for everyday
- After starting your day with cucumber water, have oats porridge and mixed nuts for breakfast.
- Have a roti with dal and gajar matar sabzi for lunch.
- Follow that up with dal and lauki sabzi to go with a roti for dinner.
