The branch in engineering totally depends on your interest . Institute from where you graduate are equally important as the course you choose.

In NIT kurukshetra the average package for ECE is 6.50 lakhs per annum and highest goes 22 lakhs. Whereas in IIIT Lucknow which has lately established in 2015 and the first bach pass out are in 2019 has an average package of 11.5 lakhs and has reached maximum of 28 lakh per year of Cse branch.

IIIT is one of the best institute among other iiits, so I would suggest you to take Cse in iiit Lucknow rest depends on your choice and interest.
