what should I opt for - IT at PICT Pune or Chemical / Msc duals at BITS Goa/Hyd?

Both are the good options & the good colleges. but it depends on your interest somewhere if you are interested in for B.tech then you can prefer IT branch in PICT or if you want to go for M.Sc dual programme then you can go for BITs Goa.
