IAS exam that is CSE is conducted by UPSC. UPSC is such a exam that u can give after ur graduation by adopting any degree. Any supervised learning is not required for this. You just need to know is only the UPSC syllabus. The main strategy required is consistency and note making. You can start ur preparation from any class even 10th also as i m preparing. Which stream or degree u will choose further, it doesn't matter. U just need ur self alertness preparation everyday. Even 2 hours of everyday r enough for this. Newspaper reading should b yhe part of ur life if u really want to crack it. As i m upsc aspirant and my day starts from The Hindu and ends at Yojna Kurukshetra. The foremost thing u should note is ur time management. Besides ur UPSC preparation u should stay focused towards ur regular classes study also. U should b awared time to time about international interests as well as relations. Although its difficult but u have to manage all. You know why UPSC exam is so tough? It wants u to deal with pressure. It wants the pressure to make the part of ur lifestyle. UPSC will choose u by taking ur perception into the consideration. And u have to find out that perception. If i ask anyone, "From where does the IAS training begins ?" Almost more than 90% people will say 'LBSNAA'. But this is wrong. All upsc training starts from the preparation. •After 10th,you have to take any group in class 11.
•After Intermediate,you have to complete your graduation (Any degree).
•After 3-4 years of degree,you have to take coaching for an IAS for 1 year.
•After coaching,You have to write an exams (I.e.prelims,mains).
•If you have qualified in mains then you'll have interview in Delhi.
•The marks of mains and interview will be added.
•If you have got a rank between 1-95 in India level then you'll become an IAS.

Steps to Start IAS Preparation After 10th
- Select subjects of your interest in Class 11
- Check the IAS Syllabus and topics of that subjects
- Start preparing the topics. The early you start better will be your chances to crack the IAS in first attempt.
- Do not skip any topic before solving the papers as it may demotivate the candidates.
- Solve last year's UPSC papers of that subjects after covering all topics.

yeah,u can achieve your dream. here some guidelines for you,
first you have to complete your higher secondary education,here you can choose any stream in which you have interested.after that you can take any stream like b.com,b.a,b.Sc,BBA,etc.all you need to do is have to complete bachelor's degree to apply for IAS examination.it'll be divided into three stages namely,preliminary,main,interview.
eligibility criteria:
- there is no min.percentage of marks require to apply IAS.
