You will need following documents to fill JEE main application form:
- Candidate’s Photograph in JPEG Format
- Candidate’s Signature in JPEG Format
- Aadhaar Number/Passport Number/Ration Card Number/Bank Account Number or any other valid Government ID Number (any one of the proof)
- Class 10 Mark Sheet
- Caste Certificate for SC/ST
- Class 12 Mark sheet
- Date of Birth Proof Certificate
- A valid debit/credit card or Net banking account or UPI or PAYTM Service
