Dear student,
It feels very sad to tell you that since you have not paid the seat acceptance fee your seat would be cancelled and now there is no other way to participate further in the counselling. You could try any other counselling options. Not paying seat acceptance fee means you don't need the seat so it would be cancelled.  But you can surely take part in the special round, the registration for which starts from 26th November to 28th November.
