JEE Main (B.E/ B.Tech) Exam Pattern:
- Exam Mode: The examination will be held through online CBT mode.
- Subjects: JEE Main will contain questions from Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics subjects.
- Type of Questions: Objective type -Multiple Choice questions and numeric type questions will be asked in the examination.
- Number of Questions: Question paper will contain 90 questions, in which candidates will have to attempt 75 questions. Choices will be given in section B.
- Exam Duration: The exam duration will be 3 hours.
- Marking Scheme: Each correct question will carry 4 marks.
- Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.

Joint entrance examination is conducted by National testing agency. It is a national level examination and considered to be one of the toughest exams in india ,so you can have an idea of how are the questions asked in the examination.
