UPSC conducts many exams and I am assuming you are inquiring about the UPSC IAS also known as the UPSC Civil Services Exam.
So, lets get you started!
The UPSC IAS application form is released every year, you must keep track of it. The exam is one of the toughest exams in India and it conducted in three stages - Prelims, Mains and Interview. You must be aware of the UPSC IAS exam pattern and the IAS syllabus to prepare for the exam and qualify each stage.
While filling the application form you will have to pay a minimum application fee, if you have successfully applied for UPSC IAS, you will be able to download the UPSC IAS admit card, you much download and print the admit card and carry it to the exam center on the day for the exam.

if you want to preaper for upsc exam then you should start searching its syllabus it contains social gk maths english etc. it is better to start preparation as early as possible

Be thorough with the UPSC syllabus. Go through the previous year UPSC CSE question papers. This should give you the right direction.

Well, there is no such UPSC exam it's just UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) which is a constitutional body that organises various exams to make various top recruitments in Central government bodies.
Some of the top examinations are:-
- UPSC CSE(Civil Services Examination): This is the most common exam in recent years by clearing this you'll become an IAS officer.
- UPSC CDS(Combined Defence Services): This examination is organised for recruiting officers in Indian Army, Navy & Airforce.
Since, UPSC is a long journey, therefore, it's essential to have monthly, weekly & daily plans for studies else you'll find out after 6 months of studying you won't be able to recall what you have studied.
Try to read Newspaper daily and select the optional subject which matches with your interest otherwise you'll be start feeling bored after 2-3 months.
