What will be deduction in my best four if change stream fron commerce to arts and pursue ba English hons in DU

Hello,
I don't think there will be deduction in the marks of best four. According to Delhi University notification you should choose best four as:
- One language
- One relevant subject
- Two optional subjects
If you are taking B.A. in English your relevant subject will be English only. Then you can take any other subject (Hindi or other) as your language. The deduction is done if you don't have relevant subject while choosing best four or when optional subjects are not in the list released by Delhi University.

There's no fixed percentage deduction in case of stream change in DU. It depends on colleges mostly.
Some deduct 2.5% and some other colleges deduct even 5% . You can contact a particular college if you want to know specifically. Also, the deduction of % like this is mentioned in the cut off lists. So you can check it at that time also.
