What will be my domicile if I have completed my 10th ,12th from Delhi but my parents are from Maharashtra and my residence is in Maharashtra

Dear domicile means "the country that a person treats as their permanent home or lives in and has a substantial connection with".According to you, your permanent residence is in Maharashtra so your domicile of Maharashtra. When you try to make a domicile they want your birth certificate.
