Can you please elaborate for which stream/ course you want to opt for PU offers various UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma, Doctoral courses under its curriculum. It also offers open learning courses under its school of open learning.
I have some information that may help you regarding application and admission forms
>PUCET Application forms will be available from April 5 April 19.
>Selection to BE is done on the basis of JEE Main scores
>Admission to M.Tech in Polymer, Materials Science & Technology and Microelectronics and ME program is done on the basis of CET PG conducted by the university.
>Admission to MDS is done on the basis of NEET MDS entrance examination.
>For MBA, candidate must pass Bachelors degree from recognized university and must appear in MET entrance examination.
>Admission to MA, M.Sc., M.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.Sc. (Hons), MCA, LLM and MPH is done on the basis of CET-PG entrance examination
>Selection to BA B.Ed., B.Ed., MA., M.Sc., PG Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations is done on the basis of Aptitude Test.
>Admission to PG Diploma, M.Pharm, M.L.I.Sc. and Post MA Diploma is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
>Admission to Ph.D. and M.Phil course is given on the basis of the applicants performance in the written test and interview round.
>Admission to LLB and Integrated LLB is done on the basis of entrance test.
>BHMCT and BTTM admission is also done on the basis of entrance exam PUTHAT.

Punjab University, Chandigarh has released the forms for admission to UG courses on the 5th of April 2019.
You can apply through here : https://cetug.puchd.ac.in/registration.php
Hurry ! As application is only available till the 19th of April.
As for PG courses, the forms aren't around yet but they are predicted to release the forms somewhere between the 2nd and 3rd week of April.
