when are degree colleges affiliated to Mumbai University going to open offline mode

There is no any news regarding reopening of schools and colleges in Maharashtra. As of now online classes system has been adopted by almost all institutions.

Even in Mumbai University the online classes are being conducted.

In  Mumbai, till December 31st schools and colleges are not allowed to re-open and afterwards is any decision will be there regarding re-opening of schools and colleges you will get that through different news channel or press releases but as of now almost all educational institutions in Mumbai have adopted the means of online classes and right now situation of spreading of Novel Corona Virus is in control and if the condition becomes more favorable then some offline classes might be allowed and as of the latest UGC guidelines regarding the classes of colleges/Universities then it clearly states that from November 1st new session should be started for first year students either in online made or offline mode whichever will be most convenient as per the situation.

As of now there is no official notification from Mumbai university. Also local trains are not fully started and it is important for locals to begin because it is major source of transport for College students and teachers. Government is very soon going to give its decision over local trains and after that very soon colleges can start. So We can hope that maybe once locals and vaccination starts colleges will open. Until that online mode will continue. Thank you.
